Founder &
Osteopathic Practitioner
I listen to my hands, follow my gut and treat from my heart.
Welcome, thank you for taking the time to read through the website. As an Osteopathic Practitioner and movement enthusiast, I appreciate the opportunity to THINK, TEACH & TREAT.

I am passionate about helping through osteopathic therapy, education and somatic body work.
I come to work with a sense of fulfillment for the challenges I overcame and the determination it required of me to receive the title of Osteopathic Practitioner. With this title, I am able to reach more people and educate them on simple, subtle ways of living that are realistic and individual to their bodies.
During each and every treatment, my mind and hands stay open (while my eyes are often closed ) to the possibility of learning something new. I have developed fine palpation skills that can be as light as a feather yet able to pick up on deeper sensations and tensions. As a classically trained Osteopathic Practitioner, I work with systems of the body rather than treating the symptoms and area of pain only. While I appreciate the need for diagnosis for some patients and some conditions, I am capable of working with and beyond them to help people feel more than their diagnosis.

Through life experiences, I realized there's a lot more Gray in the Black & White pictures we're taught. I help people everyday look at their pain in unconventional ways. Often the answer isn't just physical.

SIDE NOTE: I also have a soft heart for people who feel like they're "a square peg trying to fit in a round hole".
